Here is my review on Look again I give them zero rated stars.
1. their complaints department is no good
2. they tell lies to a debt collection agency because i have a unsolved complaint with them i went to the financial ombudsman service.

Over all 99% happy ? I’ve been a customer of Look Again for 26 years! And never had a problem, until I ordered next day delivery as I was going to the Wimbledon Women’s Final Tennis last minute. Look again let me down and ended up going to Marks & Spencer to buy my outfit. So all is going back. Other than that Look Again has been an amazing catalogue, always fresh looking modern and classy. Great customer service and never really any issues!

Good service I have no I have no complaints

If I could give zero stars I would. No delivery in a week and when I rang they just extended the delivery date to two weeks. Then I can declare it lost and get a refund and order elsewhere.
